A Principal Partner at IDW since 2003, the Boston native began his footwear career in 1990 and has worked in marketing, development, and design over the past 20 years. His branded resume includes 5 years at New Balance and 9 years at Adidas, including four years in Asia. Prior to his ascent into the footwear industry, Reardon was a school teacher, a laborer at a concrete pipe factory, and the most badly sunburned lifeguard in history. He resides in Portland, Oregon with his chubby mutt, Ursa. In his spare time, he plays guitar better than his business partner, and vows each day, unsuccessfully, to give up chocolate. He is a graduate of Marist College.
